Support Workers required – Zero Hours Contract

Flexible - various times which could include during school holidays, bank holidays, day-time, evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive rate of pay at £13.50 per hour for direct and non-direct time spent with the child. This rate also applies to:
Role
Supporting our foster carers and respite carers, work will be offered on an “as required” basis. You could be supervising children in family contact sessions, helping them try new activities, caring for them in the foster home or taking them out for leisure and fun. You may be required to provide personal care to some children who have complex medical needs or support children with additional needs such as Autism and Global Development Delay.
The work will be varied but extremely rewarding, knowing you have made a difference to the lives of our children and their carers. You will receive ongoing support from an allocated supervising Social Worker and have access to 24/7 on-call support from our dedicated social work team.
