£1,900 per assessment, plus mileage expenses
Credo Care was established in 2000 as the UK’s first Independent Fostering Agency, specialising in the care of children with complex medical needs and physical and learning disabilities. Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking independent, self-employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective foster carers.
With a social work qualification and Social Work England registration, you must have post qualifying work experience of working with children in care. Knowledge of the Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services is essential. You will be an excellent communicator, have good time management and IT skills and have flexibility to work evenings and weekends. In addition, you will hold a full UK driving licence, your own transport and be willing to travel.
The post is subject to enhanced DBS and local authority checks, two satisfactory references and current registration with the appropriate professional body.
