Credo Care had a review of its Investors in People standards on 8th October when we had a formal review. We are pleased to announce that the Assessor was happy to declare that the standard continues. The Assessor found “strong evidence of a learning and development culture, people are clear of their roles and supported by their Managers, with an inclusive participative approach”.
The Directors would like to give their thanks to all staff and Foster Carers who have worked with us to help us to retain the Investors in People Standard.
